The Stark County Fatherhood Coalition's Fathers Walk Your Child to School Day is coming up on Thursday, Sept. 17! 👟 Alliance Preschool, Alliance Early Learning School, Alliance Elementary School and Alliance Intermediate School will take part in the event this year.
All fathers and father figures are encouraged to participate by walking their child to school! This includes fathers, step fathers, grandpas, uncles, cousins, older siblings, family friends and any other father figure a student may have! 😊 #RepthatA

Students in Becky Robertson's class at Alliance Early Learning School used their Play-Doh to create a pattern and represented their pattern with a math equation! ➕➖ They worked with a partner and then presented their work to classmates as they did a "gallery walk" around their Math Pattern Gallery. Alliance City Schools is part of the Stay In The Game! Attendance Network this year. This is a collaboration with the Cleveland Browns Foundation, Ohio Department of Education and Harvard's Proving Ground focused on improving students' attendance across the state.
As a part of the network, ACS received Cleveland Browns tickets to give away as a prize. We held a random drawing with all the names of students who had 95% or higher attendance during the 2025-26 school year.
Congratulations to freshman Levi Braisted for being the lucky winner! 🎉 He received the tickets and spent Saturday at one of the Cleveland Browns' preseason games! 🏈

The Alliance Cheerleaders attended a cheer clinic held by the Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders and Carolina Panthers TopCats! 📣 They received private coaching and learned what it’s like to be a part of an NFL cheer team.
They even got to perform at the Hall of Fame Fan Fest with other county teams. They did an excellent job representing Alliance! ✈️ Way to go, Alliance Cheerleaders! #RepthatA
