✈ Karlin Kuceyeski Morgan ✈
Position: Kindergarten Teacher
School: Alliance Early Learning School
Graduation Year: 2005
Years at ACS: 13
Favorite Memory:
"The friendships I formed while attending ACS have lasted a lifetime. I’m still friends with many of the students I started kindergarten with at Parkway Elementary, and we recently celebrated our 20th high school reunion!"
Influential Staff Member:
"One staff member who positively influenced me at ACS was my dad. He showed me the importance of dedication, patience, and supporting students both inside and outside the classroom. Seeing his example inspired me to give back to the community and make a meaningful impact on students’ lives, just as he did. Having him be the dean of students and the football coach was one of the highlights of my high school career!"
Choosing to work for ACS:
"I chose to come back to work for ACS because this community played a vital role in shaping who I am. The teachers, staff, and experiences I had here gave me opportunities that made a lasting difference in my life. My parents both taught in ACS their whole careers, and I wanted to continue their legacy by giving back to the students and community that I grew up in."
Importance of giving back:
"I believe it’s important to serve the school and community I was raised in because it has given me the foundation for who I am today. Growing up here has allowed me to understand its strengths and challenges, which makes me better equipped to give back in meaningful ways."
We’re proud to have Mrs. Morgan carrying on a legacy of excellence at ACS! 🩵❤️ #RepthatA

Students in Connilyn Cross’ 1st grade class practiced making groups of tens using Froot Loops and pipe cleaners. After creating 10 groups of ten, students worked on solving math equations that focused on subtracting groups of tens.
Using their own tasty manipulatives, students solved the given equations and were then challenged to turn each subtraction problem into an addition equation. After all their hard work, students were rewarded by getting to eat their groups of ten. How fun! #RepthatA

Adalynn Runner was a recent Star of the Week in Billie Muller's 2nd grade class. She invited her dad, Josh Runner, to talk to the students about his career. Mr. Runner is an elementary school principal! He told the students his job was a lot of work, but also a lot of fun. He likes getting to help students and he especially likes welcoming them to school every morning.
