Board workshops are the first Tuesday of the month and Regular board meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month. Board Workshops begin at 4 p.m. and Regular Board meetings begin at 5 p.m. All meetings are held in the Administration offices, 500 Glamorgan Street, Door #17. Special meetings may be called by the board president, the treasurer (Mr. Kirk Heath) or any two members of the board following two days notice. All regular and special board meetings are open to the public.

Upon request to the Superintendent, the District shall make reasonable accommodation for a disabled person to be able to participate in this activity.
