Morgan Engineering once again hosted their safety calendar drawing contest and selected 12 of our wonderful Aviators' artwork to be featured in the calendar! Each student received their framed drawing and a gift card to Dairy Queen.
Along with the gifts for the students, Morgan Engineering generously donated $1000 to each school that participated in the contest! We are so very grateful to Morgan Engineering and their partnership with and support of ACS!

Tracy Bowser's kindergarten class celebrated Fall by enjoying one of the best fall flavors - apples! 🍎 They tasted 12 apple products: apple pie, apple juice, cookie, muffins, chips, candy, marshmallows, and more. Afterwards, they charted what they tasted using a descriptive word and if they liked it or not. Each student also brought in an apple to make homemade applesauce! 🍏 #RepthatA

Monday is a Teacher Day - There will be no school for students! #RepthatA
2019 AHS alum, Will Kinser, visited the kindergartners at Alliance Early Learning School to talk to them about his job as a firefighter and about fire safety! He explained to the students what they should do if there is a fire and told them about the importance of knowing how and when to call 911 and why it's important that they have their home address memorized in case of an emergency.
We love having our amazing alumni return to the schools to inspire the students and show them what they can be when they grow up!

Megan Harper and Cindy Gaines hold a monthly parent engagement activity for their kindergarten families! Recently, they held the first one of the year. The students and families heard the story "Dog's Colorful Day" and took part in a variety of activities. The families learned how to make reading engaging for their young students.
