Alliance Orchestra students from grades 7-12 are set to present STRINGS ROCK! with Mark Wood, former lead violinist of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. You won't want to miss the event! #RepthatA


The preschool team at AELS kicked off another season of preschool screenings! They welcomed the newest Aviators! The students were taken to the gym where they were welcomed by the teachers who did a few assessments with them. Principal Calfee met with the parents. #RepthatA

Second graders at Parkway are taking part in a water safety program at the YMCA. This program is under the direction of the pool director and certified aquatic staff, swim instructors and volunteers. The children are having fun and learning a lot of swim safety skills. #RepthatA





Second graders at Parkway had an Easter celebration last week at school with an Easter Egg Hunt. Fun was had by all! Candy, money, erasers and free homework passes were among the items in the eggs! #RepthatA




Students at Success Academy have been visiting Pegasus to learn how to ride and take care of the horses! The students are learning to leave their comfort zones and try new activities along with learning responsibility and patience while caring for the horses! #RepthatA

The Family Support Specialists held a successful laundry event yesterday. They were able to pay for seven ACS families to do their laundry. Each family was given a basket of goodies to take home afterwards! Thank you to all who helped make this event possible! #RepthatA



Parkway Elementary wore PJs last Friday to support DJ, a Louisville student diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma! At ACS we value caring citizenship and one way we do that is by showing our support and helping however we can! DJ has our full Aviator Support! #RepthatA


Casey Cross' class at Parkway spent a week learning about "What makes different parts of the world different?" Their final project was to work in pairs to reread and research a habitat they studied, write four facts and make a poster including that information. #RepthatA
